Women in Divorce Financial (WDF) does not share client information with any other organization or individual unless authority is granted from a client in writing. Due to the personal and confidential nature of information at our disposal, we carefully handle all client information with confidentiality in mind. All conversations between clients and members of our firm are kept confidential and the content of conversations are not disclosed to any other party unless required by law or court order.
We handle all client documents with respect for privacy. Our paper files are locked with access granted only to those employees who need to use the information. Our computer systems require administrator-granted passwords and are backed up on a regular basis to prevent loss of data. Firewall software is installed and regularly updated on all our computers to prevent electronic theft of information or data..
